Cyclone Charlotte moving slowly off the coast of WA – Video Update
Tropical Cyclone Charlotte retains winds of hurricane force for a little longer as it slowly passes 450 miles west of Exmouth, Western Australia. The storm is expected to weaken and turn post-tropical in the next 36 hours, however, will gain strength as an extratropical cyclone near Geraldton, where it is likely to loop and stall.
