Cyclone Issa peaks off the coast of South Africa – Video Update
The unusual formation of Cyclone Issa hasn’t stopped it from generating winds approaching hurricane force, with sustained winds of 65mph (105kph) right now. The storm has already produced devastating and deadly conditions along a coastline unaccustomed to cyclonic conditions. Further rainfall of up to 100mm is expected along the coast between Margate and Durban.
