DISCUSSION
-----------------------------------
In-fa is now at the coast of east China and has yet again decelerates, stalling over Zhoushan since the last 3hrs. Ningbo Lishe Aiport has recorded 979mb with 19kts winds sustain at roughly open terrain, which translates to 976mb. Such stalling is expected within the next few hours before continuing to move inland. With Nepartak striking the subtropical high within the next two days, In-fa will then be influenced by a trough from the jet stream and start drifting northeastward in Anhui Province. In-fa also dumped heavy rainfall especially in northern Zhejiang with 150mm+ recorded in the past 24hr. What's fortunate is while stalling right now, its strongest core rainband at the north remains offshore. As the system moves further inland its stronger north quadrant will bring very significant rainfall over Jiangsu and Anhui as well. At least 200-400mm rainfall is expected.
