Struggling Potential Tropical Cyclone 02L Approaching Nicaragua
Despite advisories on the storm for 72 hours now, 02L has continued to struggle in its process of becoming a tropical cyclone, but it is still forecasted to do so before making landfall in Nicaragua tomorrow night, in which the NHC expects a 65mph landfall. Tropical storm warnings are in effect from Limon, Costa Rica northward to Sandy Bay Sirpi, Nicaragua. Heavy rains and damaging winds are likely from this system irregardless of naming, with 4-8 inches of rain currently forecast. Watch our latest update using the link below!
