Thankfully, Celia will remain out to sea, although rough surf and rip currents will become a risk along a large portion of the Mexican coastline. Celia is expected to follow Blas and will survive for longer thanks to its large size, and partly from the trail Blas set ahead of it into more hostile conditions by the end of the weekend.
