Typhoon Noru Reintensifying After Crossing Luzon – Video Update
Typhoon Noru crossed the Philippine island of Luzon and has emerged out into the South China Sea, as of now it has started reintensification and has, as of this update, intensified up to a category 3 equivalent typhoon and is headed for Vietnam. Residents in the path of this storm need to begin preparations now if they haven’t done so already and listen to their local weather station for guidance on what to do.
