Invest 92P was located near 15.6°S, 141.8°E, or about 171 miles (275 km) east-northeast of Mornington Island, Queensland. 92P has maximum sustained winds of 15 knots and a minimum central pressure of 1004 millibars.

It likely won’t develop, but an interesting system nonetheless.

on zoom earth, it was showing that the the eye of Hurricane Beryl did come in contact with Jamaica and if you turn on wind animation, it will help to see that. I think NHC missed this between two updates.

This is a very interesting system near Bermuda, it might be an extratropical system.

Are we gonna talk about the thunderstorms that have been chilling around Bermuda for probably a week now?
Zoom earth and Windy.com are saying Beryl will likely be a high end Category 2 or low end Category 3.
I think Nathan jinxed himself when he said Beryl would NOT be a very strong hurricane.
Hurricane Beryl may not be strengthening over land, but it is definitely organizing more. This could lead to more strengthening in the gulf.
I just can’t believe that Beryl became a Category 5, this is just a warning for what is to come.

Knowing Beryl, it probably will do the unthinkable. Windy.com predicts at least cat 3

I can not believe that Hurricane Beryl is a Cat 5, it defied all expectations and is a historic hurricane.
