Tropical Cyclone Irondro continues southeastward, and continuing to weaken ahead of deteriorating conditions. This system is currently producing sheared convection over the center of the system and to the southeast, as it feels the effects of pounding vertical shear. Latest AMSU microwave pass also indicated that this system has lost all organization over the past 12 hours and has weakened, with the convection mostly defined to the southern periphery only. MétéoFrance predicts this system to weaken rapidly as well, spelling the end for the system as it transitions into a post-tropical cyclone.
