Cyclone Charlotte Rapidly Intensifies – Video Update
Charlotte has rapidly deepened and intensified over the open waters of Western Australia, and has become a Category 3 cyclone in the SSHWS. It is expected to gradually weaken due to increasing wind shear and decreasing sea surface temperature.
